We are one of the world's largest producers of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, or APIs, providing them to customers in more than 100 countries. APIs are responsible for the therapeutic effects of medicines. The company, which operates six API facilities in India, offers a broad portfolio and pipeline of more than 250 APIs in a wide range of therapeutic categories. The manufacturing facilities are located in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. We have an API R&D site in Hyderabad that helps us drive innovation.

Products

We have the capability to manufacture a wide range of APIs, from complex molecules to peptides, and are constantly ramping up our capacities. We are also the leading producer of API used in generic antiretrovirals, which treat HIV/AIDS. We also produce API for products in these areas:

Consequent to the approval of the Scheme of Arrangement between Mylan Laboratories Limited (“MLL”), Tianish Laboratories Private Limited (“Company”) and their respective shareholders (“Demerger Scheme”) by the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad on August 28, 2023, MLL demerged its Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients business in India into the Company effective from March 1, 2024. Documents pertaining to the Company and demerger: Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Name Change, NCLT order, Demerger Scheme.
